My passion for design, user experience and process optimization began at a very early age; from organizing my paper route, babysitting to working on our family farm.
​
Early in my insurance career, I had the great opportunity to perform research & discovery for new products and services, as well as, create educational programs for new outside sales professionals. I learned what worked and what didn't. Based on that experience, I designed and implemented a national inside sales organization to complement the field in selling complex insurance products. Collaborating with our IT team to gather critical data intelligence, we built a dynamic sales team that leveraging targeted 1:1 marketing campaigns and increasing sales by more than 1000% its first 18 months.

I took that experience to the software industry and began selling enterprise Analytics, Business Intelligence & Decisioning, Digital Process Automation, Master Data Management, Training & Education optimization solutions to a wide variety of clients across the Automotive & Hi-Tech Manufacturing, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Financial & Insurance, Public Sector, Shipping, Logistics, and Transportation industries
